About

Hi, I'm Anushka! I like the messy early part of brand work: figuring out what a brand should say, who it's for, and why anyone should care. I've done that work through internships, capstone projects, and initiatives I started myself. The psychology half of my degree is why the people part comes naturally.

In this continuously evolving era of AI, I'm working to be a generalist: someone who uses AI to move faster across every domain she touches, automating the workflows that used to eat a day so the thinking gets the time instead. When the tool I need doesn't exist yet, I build it: a scoring model for evaluating Instagram posts, a free tool that advises me on my fitness goals, a tracker for my own job search, creative mockups I'd otherwise be waiting on a professional designer for.

Outside of work, you'll find me traveling, painting, journaling, or spending time in nature.

I'm looking for account or brand strategy work at a place where I get to ask why before I'm asked to execute.

I love work that combines creativity, strategy, and people.

Work · Client projects

Client projects.

Spent two semesters working on real client projects, helping each one solve a piece of their business problem.

Bloomingdale's

Market research and customer interviews behind three strategic recommendations for the Atlanta store.

The problem

Foot traffic was down and younger shoppers were going elsewhere. Bloomingdale's wasn't connecting with Atlanta shoppers the way it needed to, and nobody knew what would actually pull them back through the doors.

What I did

I ran market research and sat down for in-person customer interviews to hear how people really talk about shopping here. Then I pulled the patterns together and built the story out of what they told us, not what we assumed.

What happened

That work led to a recommendation to reposition the store around Southern hospitality, one of three strategic recommendations the team walked away with.

Listen first. The strategy writes itself after that.

Ready For Social

A monetization strategy for an AI social selling platform, built from its pricing and its competitors.

The problem

Ready For Social had a real product and a flat license price that didn't reflect how differently each type of customer actually used it. One price for everyone meant the company was capped on what it could earn from its best users.

What I did

I researched the market context and competitor set, looking at how similar platforms priced and where the industry was heading. That research became the base for our pricing recommendation, grounded in real data instead of guesswork.

What happened

We landed on a tiered subscription model with flexible pricing and bundled add-ons, designed to grow with the product.

Charge for the value, not the feature.
